How do I request a quote from Chang Express?

Use our quote request page, call us, or send us a WhatsApp message. Tell us your destination,
dates, number of travelers, preferred airports, budget range, and any special needs.

Can Chang Express help with flights only?

Yes. We can help with flights only, but we can also help with custom travel planning, hotels,
tours, transfers, travel insurance, and other trip details.

Can I book online?

Some online booking options may be available, but many customers prefer to contact us directly
for Brazil trips, complex itineraries, family travel, group travel, or special assistance needs.

Changes, cancellations, seats, and schedule updates

Can I change my flight after booking?

Possibly. Change rules depend on the airline, fare type, ticket conditions, availability, and
whether travel has already started. Fare difference and airline penalties may apply.

Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?

Refund rules depend on the airline and fare purchased. Some tickets are refundable, some allow
credits, and some are non-refundable. Contact us before canceling so we can review the fare rules.

Do I need to pay for seat selection?

It depends on the airline, fare, route, cabin, and seat type. Some seats are free, while others
require payment or are only available to certain travelers.

Why did my flight schedule change?

Airlines can change flight times, aircraft, routes, and connections for operational, seasonal,
weather, schedule, or network reasons. If your itinerary changes, contact us so we can review

When is my ticket issued?

Airfares can change until the ticket is issued.

Can I change the name on a ticket?

Airline tickets are usually not transferable. Minor spelling corrections may sometimes be allowed,
but full name changes often require airline approval or a new ticket.

Does Chang Express apply for passports or visas?

No. Chang Express does not issue or file passports, visas, eVisas, or government authorizations.
We can remind travelers what to check and point them to official resources.

Do U.S. citizens need a visa for Brazil?

The U.S. State Department currently lists a tourist visa as required for Brazil, and Brazil’s
official eVisa portal is available for eligible U.S., Canadian, and Australian passport holders.

Where do I apply for Brazil eVisa?

Use Brazil’s official eVisa portal. Be careful with unofficial websites unless you intentionally
choose to use a third-party provider.

Can I quote or buy travel insurance online?
